Park Outdoor Advertising is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide key assistance to company leadership. If you have strong administrative experience (required) and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.

Our sales team members work with local businesses and determine whether Billboards can help grow their business. Through face-to-face conversation you will better understand a client’s business and tailor a Billboard advertising campaign to meet their needs.
Key requirements include; enthusiasm, listening skills, strategic thinking and an appreciation for advertising and marketing. Previous sales experience is a plus but not a prerequisite for consideration.
Our Administrative team supports the sales and operations team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Billing, Payables, Proposal generation, marketing support, budget support etc…
Team members must communicate well, be organized and proficient with numerous software programs ie: Word, Excel, Outlook email. A pleasant and supportive demeanor is a must.
Our operations team primarily works out in the field. They post new advertisements, build/maintain our billboard structures, and clear vegetation that blocks views of our billboards. Mechanical, construction, and landscape skills are utilized but not required for consideration. Training specific to the outdoor advertising industry (under the governance of OSHA) is provided – must be comfortable working at heights. A 40-hour work week.
